The seminar combines practical training in Dining Etiquette, theoretical explanation and discussion by participants with lecturers. During the extensive and unusual 10-course menu, participants practise all the skills, acquire the rules of Dining Etiquette, learn how to handle various and less common types of cutlery, consume rare culinary delicacies, taste beverages properly, the duties of guest and host, the differences between American and Continental dining and interesting facts about the eating customs of various cultures, etc. The seminar also includes a lesson on Professional Dressing Style, devoted to the correct selection of clothes for various social occasions, elegant men's and women’s wardrobes, correct definition of abbreviations on invitation cards, essential accessories, etc.

During the extensive and unusual 8-course menu, participants practise virtually all the skills, acquire the rules of Dining Etiquette, learn how to handle various and less common types of cutlery, consume rare culinary delicacies, taste beverages properly, the duties of guest and host, the differences between American and Continental dining and interesting facts about the eating customs of various cultures, etc.

The seminar combines theoretical explanations with practical demonstrations and a discussion by participants with lecturers, without practical training in Dining Etiquette (it does not include an extensive menu of several courses and beverage tasting). This is organised as a lecture, during which participants acquire the basic rules of Dining Etiquette, learn how to handle various and less common types of cutlery, learn about the duties of guest and host, the differences between American and Continental dining and interesting facts about the eating customs of various cultures, etc.
