About the Project
Eden Island Seychelles is a unique residential project situated on the artificial Eden Island, close to Mahé, the main island of Seychelles. This strategic location provides easy access to the Seychelles International Airport and Victoria, the capital of the archipelago.
The total area of the island is 56 hectares, of which 40 hectares are devoted to luxury residences designed in a unified colonial style, inspired by the ethnic mix which is typical of the Seychelles. Looking at them, one can identify elements of French, Victorian, African, Indian and Chinese architecture. The interiors are similarly designed, combining modern design with natural elements and colours reflecting the rainforest, ocean, sand, corals, shells and rocks. Almost every house is surrounded by an elegant garden with tropical vegetation and magnificent views of the ocean, the neighbouring islands and mountains.
The remaining 16 hectares of the island are occupied by private waterways through which you can sail from the ocean up to the private berth at your house, or in its vicinity, depending on the size of the boat. Yachts up to one hundred meters long can anchor in the international marina on the southwest coast of Eden Island, offering year-round safe anchorage and top service.
The comfort of the unique Eden Island resort is further enhanced by four private beaches with fine coral sand which are open only to residents, the clubhouse with a freshwater swimming pool and perfectly-equipped fitness centre, tennis courts, a commercial area with excellent restaurants offering both local Creole specialties and international cuisine, stylish cafés and bars with live music, boutique shops with souvenirs and fashion goods, a wine shop as well as a shopping zone with a supermarket where common European food is available. Of course there are private medical offices offering a high level of health care, as well as common services such as hairdressing, laundry, currency exchange, banks and the rental of cars, boats and various sports equipment. All further amenities are on Mahé island, to which Eden Island is connected by a 300-metre bridge. Because the whole area is a closed community, security operates 24/7.
