Bling-Bling company consists of experienced professionals in several countries of the world. The highly efficient managing team headed by the company founder and director is based in the Czech Republic, where it ensures all key communication with clients, including complex real estate services. An equally important part of our team are the internal as well as external collaborators, who provide technical support, and of course all colleagues abroad.
Ing. Jana Štefánková - Company Founder
Jana Štefánková already started building her career at high school when she began working as a model. In 1994, she left to study English at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu, from where she relocated to the Seychelles Islands. There she collaborated with the organising committee of the Miss World contest which was held in the Seychelles in 1997 and 1998. At the same time, she began working for the Consulate of the Republic of Seychelles and travelled the world for several years during this employment.
In 1999, she briefly returned to the Czech Republic where she won a challenging audition to present a successful television talk show, broadcast by TV Nova. As moderator of social events and press conferences, she took advantage of her experience of working in front of a camera, the art of communicating with people and the language skills gained during her stays abroad. At that time, she also worked with the Jordan F1 team.
In 2009, she passed the State final examination at the Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague, obtaining the title of Ing. At the same time, she began to devote herself more to real estate activities in connection with the unique residential projects recently created in the Seychelles and Mauritius, which she exclusively represents in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
By the establishment of Bling-Bling company, Jana put all her entrepreneurial interests under one umbrella. To this project, she contributes her know-how supported by many years of experience in the media, social and diplomatic spheres, as well as the knowledge gained at university and experience gained during her more than 30 years of activities in the Indian Ocean region.
In 2016, Jana Štefánková was officially appointed by the President of Seychelles, James Alix Michel, to the office of Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles in the Czech Republic. She has been fulfilling this function to the present time. She continues to devote herself intensively to the sale of residential and commercial real estate in the Seychelles and Mauritius, and since 2018 also to the sale of private islands all around the world.
Mgr. Zuzana Havlová - Company Director
Zuzana Havlová comes from South Bohemia, where she studied at a Grammar School and State Language School. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in the Management of Fine Arts at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She then continued her studies at the Faculty of Philosophy, obtaining a Master’s degree in European Cultural Studies. Her Master’s degree was obtained after successfully passing the final State Exam in the History of European Culture, and the History of European Art and Philosophy.
Since 2004, Ms. Havlová has been living permanently in Prague. She first worked in the Editorial Department of a prestigious magazine and also devoted herself to Marketing, PR and Production. At the same time, she provided advisory services in the area of Fine Arts, including the mediation of the purchase of quality works of art. She makes good use of all her knowledge and experience at Bling-Bling company, where she has been employed since 2009. For the past four years, she has also been collaborating with the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Seychelles in the Czech Republic.
