Pangia Beach is a luxury boutique complex on the East coast of the main Seychelles island of Mahé, halfway between the capital of Victoria and the international airport. It consists of four luxury 4-storey residential buildings, containing altogether 33 modern apartments with panoramic views of the surrounding islands, direct access to the beach and a private marina. This perfect architectural concept was awarded the titles of The Best Residential Project on Seychelles and The Best Residential Project in Africa.
The developer of this prestigious project is the Seychelles company of Panosco Properties, whose founder, Panos Papakokkinos, was a great admirer of the Seychelles islands. It was he who came up with the idea of creating a comfortable resort corresponding to the highest European standards in this beautiful and strategically interesting location. However, he did not manage to realise his dream, so his daughter Georgia did this. After years, she returned to her island home and, together with her husband Vincent, took over the management of the family company and the entire project. The name Pangia is composed of parts of the first names, Pan-os and Geor-gia, referring to this compelling story of love and homecoming and a symbolic reminder that this project was initiated by the father and completed by his daughter.
The total area of the resort is 1.1 hectares, while the built-up surface covers only slightly more than half of the site. Here, four luxury residential 4-storey buildings was built, comprising 29 modern 1-4-bedroomed apartments and 4 exclusive penthouses with a unique area of up to 390 m² each, a panoramic terrace and private swimming pool. The communal facilities with a superbly equipped work-out centre, freshwater swimming pool, clubhouse, games zone and barbecue area, are also designed very conveniently. Covered parking spaces for personal cars and several separate garages are also available. All this is surrounded by a cultivated tropical garden with direct access to a sandy beach and private marina. And since the entire area is a closed community, of course there is 24 hour security.
The architectural design was elaborated by the well-known South African architectural firm of SAOTA, who combined the modern design of the complex with the natural elements and colours of Seychelles’ flora and fauna. This fact is reflected both in the exteriors of the buildings, which perfectly blend with the surrounding landscape, and in the interiors conceived as very bright airy spaces with maximum access to the outdoor greenery. Also all the interior fixtures and fittings are designed in a similar style, on which Georgia, the owner of the project, collaborated with the architects. She herself worked as an interior designer in London and New York and now works under her own brand of Georgia Designs. Great attention was also paid to the selection of quality materials and finishes, as well as the latest energy-saving technologies and other elements to maximize the protection of the environment.
Pangia Beach resort is therefore the best address for providing luxury, safe and comfortable living in an intimate environment with an almost family atmosphere and easy access to the capital of Victoria, the international airport and all the sights of the Seychelles paradise.
