О проекте

Enchanted Waterfront is a new boutique resort, which is being created on the eastern coast of the main Seychelles island of Mahé, in the vicinity of Eden Island and Seafront Estate resort with the 5* Meliá Seychelles Hotel, a mere 5 km from the Seychelles International Airport and 4 km from the capital city of Victoria. The resort consists of 4 elegant oceanfront villas with a view of the neighbouring Eden Island, direct access to its own sandy beach, private marina and convenient communal facilities.

The developer of this prestigious project is Trinity Waterfront Development, headed by Sunil Shah, a financial advisor by profession. Following his successful project of Enchanted Island Resort situated on nearby Round Island in the Sainte Anne Marine Park in Seychelles, it was he who came up with the idea of creating an intimate resort in this strategically attractive locality to meet the highest international standards. The youngest family members, Sunil’s son and daughter, Vishal and Sanjna, have been actively involved in the creation of the resort, imprinting on it a fresh, modern touch. This family entrusted the operation and administration to the renowned Dubai group, JA Resorts & Hotels, which has several top resorts in Dubai, Seychelles and Maldives in its portfolio.

A limited stock of 4 double-storey oceanfront villas are being built, of which currently only 1 is available for sale. Each villa is located on a 500 m² freehold plot, which provides a spectacular view of the neighbouring Eden Island. The villas are surrounded by a tropical garden with a private swimming pool and direct access to their own sandy beach. The total area of each villa is 354 m², which comprises a spacious, logically structured interior dominated by the central living area, with a covered outdoor terrace open to the outdoor greenery to its best advantage by large sliding windows and doors, as well as two balconies.

The architectural concept was committed to the outstanding architect and designer, Tony Joseph, founder of the renowned Indian studio - Stapati Architects. Based on several years’ study of Seychelles’ architecture, he has managed to create a modern Creole style, combining traditional elements with contemporary design, and in natural materials reflecting the colours of the Seychelles flora and fauna. This perfect synthesis of the past and present pervades both the entire interior, including interior fittings, and is visible on the exteriors which perfectly blend in with the surrounding landscape. Great attention has also been paid to the selection of quality finishes, energy-saving technologies and other elements to be as environmentally-friendly as possible.

The communal facilities of the resort are designed very conveniently in a lodge, consisting of a Clubhouse with Reception, freshwater pool, modern bistro and bar with open outdoor terrace. Villa owners also have the private marina at their disposal, as well as three hotel-type rooms for guest accommodation. And because the whole complex is a closed community, 24-hour security is self-evident.
