The Enchanted Waterfront boutique resort, which is being newly created, is limited to 10 double-storey oceanfront villas, with only 5 of them intended for sale. The villas can be purchased into personal ownership and then be used for owners’ purposes or rented out through JA Resorts & Hotels, which is responsible for the operation and management of the entire resort. With the purchase of a property, owners fulfil the conditions for obtaining Permanent Residence in the Seychelles. Currently, the project is in the early stages of construction and will be completed within the next 18 months.

The architectural design of the interiors and exteriors represents a perfect synthesis of the past and present, i.e. traditional elements with contemporary design, based on pure lines and subtle colours, mostly in shades of brown, beige and white with several matching accents. This modern Creole style is also reflected in all the interior fittings, underlining the feeling of informal elegance and comfort. Great attention has also been paid to the selection of quality natural materials, finishes, energy-saving technologies and other environmentally-friendly elements as far as possible. As a result, these buildings are sensitively incorporated into the landscape, undersigned by the outstanding architect and designer, Tony Joseph, founder of the renowned Indian studio - Stapati Architects.
